I am Ielaine Nunes, CEO and founder of Leliz Designs.
In August of 2020, during a worldwide pandemic and a challenging year for us all, I started my own brand. I would like to share
with you how the idea was formed, which is of a greater purpose beyond my work.
I wanted to represent my country of Brazil with something worthwhile. A quality product with great potential to give consumers something to enjoy. Organic jewelry.
Brazil is a wealth of natural resources, and one of them is Buriti.One day I decided to seek out an old acquaintance with whom I had worked with before. I called him and asked if he would like to undertake this vision together.
He supplied organic jewelry and other natural products in Brazil, and he loved the idea of resuming production which was discontinued at the time.
All natural jewelry is made in the Northeast of Brazil by a community of women who are artisans and develop these amazing products.
I have always loved these works of art, and today with the creation of Leliz Designs, I can help keep the work of these talented women of Brazil alive.
